International shipping are calculated at checkout.
Notes:1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and other issues.
3) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
4) If you need to change your shipping address or entered wrong address at checkout, please make sure to send change address request to support@miracleroyalhoney.com immediately as in most cases we ship orders as soon as we receive payment .
5) If your order is lost due to entering wrong address we are not responsible for it.
6) If the tracking number shows delivered by the carrier please contact the shipping company. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Cancellations & Returns
- If the order has been canceled before shipping and payment has been processed you will get refund as soon as the bank process it it usually takes up to 5 days. If the payment is pending and not processed, the payment will be canceled and automatically will be settled back in your bank account.
- If the order is already shipped at the time of cancellation, the customer must return non opened package within 45 days to receive refund. Once we receive the return we will process your refund.
- In all returns the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fee. Please contact us before any returns. You can return the package with your own shipping label to the sender address or have us create the shipping label for you and the fee will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the package we will process the refund.
How will I get my refund?
1.Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. You can choose whether the refund will be made to your original form of payment.
2.We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.
3.During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
